Caring for your family often means making medical decisions while juggling everything else life throws at you.

As a board-certified women’s health physical therapist — and as someone who’s been both a patient and a caregiver — I’ve seen how overwhelming post-op recovery can feel when you don’t know what questions to ask.

Learning about non-opioid options and having those conversations before surgery can help patients and caregivers feel more prepared and supported.

I’m proud to partner with to help empower patients and caregivers through education and options that fit into our lives better.

It's clear that these women need rehab, preventative care, collaboration between disciplines, and long term follow up a check ins.

As a women's health PT I have seen some sh*t. And after 16 years I am not numb to it and come hell or high water I will never be

I understand that so many women don't have access to in person public floor, physical therapy or don't know that it's even an option for them. Like one of my patients who have had painful pe*******on her entire life has just been told to have a conversation with her partner. That was her treatment.

It's a shame that we don't do better for women's health, but I am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

My online programs are now live as your very own app, and like always I have flexible pricing because accessibility is important and financial status should not be a barrier to get information solutions and overall health and wellness.

And yes, public for PT's treat a whole range of symptoms. We aren't just for women and we aren't just for pregnancy and postpartum.

Find Down There Doc: The App on Google play and the App Store. So excited to make this more accessible for women everywhere.

One of the most common things women quietly ask me about in the clinic?

Pain with intimacy.

Vaginal dryness during perimenopause and menopause is incredibly common — but there are options that can help.

One I often recommend is Revaree Plus from — a hormone-free vaginal insert made with hyaluronic acid and sweet almond oil designed to help moisturize vaginal tissue and support relief from vaginal dryness and painful s*x.
Simple. Gentle. Easy to add to your nighttime routine. Think of it like skin care, but for DownThere.

Women ask me this all the time — “What prenatal do you actually recommend?”

As a pelvic floor physical therapist (and a mom), I look for prenatals that do more than check a box. Pregnancy places real physical AND nutritional demands on the body, and many leading prenatals underdose — or leave out — key nutrients altogether.

Needed Prenatal Multi Essentials is one I trust because it’s formulated with clinically informed levels to support nutrient status during pregnancy, including nutrients often missing or minimally dosed like choline, vitamin A, B12, selenium, zinc, and vitamin D. It’s designed to support a healthy, normal pregnancy — without assuming everybody needs the same thing.

I also appreciate that it leaves out iron and omega-3s, allowing for personalization based on labs and individual needs —which sets them apart from other brands

If you’re pregnant or planning pregnancy and feeling overwhelmed by options, this is one I often recommend when women ask.
