Sit big. Get off your back rest at least a minute or 2 at a time. Knees towards each other. Shoulders away from each other. Chin back, Chest up. - eg

Basic Lunge Decompression.
Feet forward.
Hips square forward.
Chin back chest up.
Hold for 10 forceful breaths into the rib cage.
