I’ve always thought of this oil for indigestion support. But today,it helped me a lot with my menstrual cramps!

I am personally trying to avoid depending on pain relievers and I appreciate anything that will help me avoid the pill.

I found out that it is the fennel oil in Digize that mostly help to manage the painful cramps. And to my surprise it promotes fewer mood swings and hormonal fluctuation. 😂

HAH! Your girlfriend might actually need one! 😅

Try opening the windows or the exhaust fan when cooking and diffuse purification and lemon during and after the work!

This time I used Lavender, Valor and Peppermint.

Im thinking of adding Frankincense too.

Here is a quick DIY cooling spray recipe for you all!
30ml Spray Bottle
5-8 drops of Peppermint
2-5 drops of purification
Fill with water

Shake well before you spray on your back, chest, back of the ears, nape and or extremities. 🥰
