💛TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 💛
And here is my transformation.
And in this post I’m not going to talk so much about how I did it and what it took to achieve it. Yes, it took lots of hours spent in the gym, lots of times saying NO to after work drinks so I can do my workout, it took persistence and consistency when it came to my diet choices, it took lots of patience as well because results take TIME. You know... the usual stuff 😊 But I want to talk about something much more important and it is THE TRANSFORMATION ITSELF. See, I had been told many times that my results are actually not that impressive, that I look pretty much the same on two pictures taken 1 year and around 100 gym sessions apart🤔🤪😆 I had been told that actually my muscles do not look “defined” enough on my AFTER picture, so I need to change my diet and my workout routine❗️❗️❗️
Guess what though? I always always always DO me and I decide what success looks like to me. I get to choose how I want MY TRANSFORMATION to look like and how I feel about it. You don’t have to start at 260 pounds, lose 100 so that your transformation counts. The only thing that counts and matters is how you feel in your own skin. If there is a positive difference and you feel better you 100% went through a transformation - physically and mentally ❤️.
I am here to remind you that small and not that drastic transformations are still bloody transformations. I would love you to know that as long as you listen to your body and take things at your own pace, it will work out and results will come. Most importantly I’m here to salute you and cheer you for whatever tiny and “unnoticeable” transformation you have gone through. All the CREDIT is yours❤️❤️❤️ Keep doing you my queens 👑👑👑
