Today I had the opportunity to sponsor Central Maine Strongman 16 at GEvolution Fitness in Augusta, Maine—and what an event it was! We witnessed a Maine state record shattered with ease, competitors pushing themselves beyond their limits and coming out victorious, and a room full of unmatched energy, grit, and support from every corner.
I was proud to award two incredibly deserving athletes with a Bar of Fitness. I hope it helps you take your training to the next level and continue crushing your goals.
