It’s the first day of the month...and it’s got me thinking...🤔



I used to be (and still can be if I’m being honest) one of those people who plans and plans and gets overwhelmed with ideas and information and then it all gets to be so much...so you just do nothing. 🤦🏻‍♀️



I mean let’s be real...we can all come up with a thousand reasons not to do something. Not to start that fitness journey, not to go after your dream job, not to start that business.



But if we don’t take action and try...we will never know. The sooner we can learn that failure is part of the process, accept that, and learn from our failures instead of being defeated by them...the more chances we will take!



So don’t get stuck in “analysis paralysis”...take action towards your goals whatever they may be! Then see where you are in a month! I promise you will be much farther along than the folks who wouldn’t even try! 🦄✨🥂

I didn’t grocery shop or meal prep this week 😳 I had some things left over from last week and I’m leaving Friday to go out of town so figured I would just wing it this week. It will be fine right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏻



WRONG! 😆 when left to my own last minute decisions I can assure you often times I don’t make the best choices 😬



Needless to say my nutrition has been kinda crappy this week! That is just another reason I’m SO THANKFUL for my shake! 💕 Yes it has protein but it’s also considered a superfood shake because it has antioxidants, adaptogens, pre and pro biotics and so much more!!



Having this superfood 🌱 shake is ESPECIALLY important on the days (or weeks😝) where my nutrition is less than stellar...at least I know I’m still getting all the vitamins and minerals my body needs!

The shirt says it all...this journey has nothing to do with luck!! 🙅🏻‍♀️🍀



My results (physical 💪🏻 AND mental🧠) are the result of showing up consistently over the past 2 years. Nope...not just lucky...didn’t find some magic pill.



Instead I made MYSELF a priority. I made a COMMITMENT to myself and decided to show up for myself on a consistent basis.



The results I’ve seen are a direct result of changing my priorities and putting my want-to’s into action. But the thing is...I’m NO DIFFERENT from you!!



If you want to see results and change your life...all you have to do is DECIDE that’s what you want and then take action to make it happen!

We laughed, we cried, we flash mobbed on stage in front of 25k people. We celebrated our coach and fearless leader for being top coach ☝🏻and the freaking rockstar human that she is and that we love so much!! 💕🦄🤘🏻



I can’t even express how grateful I am!! Grateful to be a part of this amazing team, grateful to have found this opportunity that changed my life, grateful to have gotten to experience all the things at summit and on this journey. 💕✨💕✨



Wana know the best part?! YOU can be a part of this too!! I was depressed, overweight and in a terrible relationship when I stumbled across this opportunity. Now I’m striving daily towards better health, a career that fulfills me and gives me purpose, and financial freedom!!

but here is my grocery haul for this week!



You have no clue how often I hear people say they can’t afford to eat healthy. Hell I used to be one of those people!! 🤑 But lets be real...that’s total CRAP!!



Sure eating healthy takes more planning, effort and preparation...but it doesn’t have to cost a fortune!



I got all this for $50 from



This was everything I needed (except for a few things I already had like eggs and quinoa) for all my meals this week and a taco kit for next week! 😎🌮



So see...eating healthy doesn’t cost a ton...you just have to plan your meals, make a list, and take the time to prep your food!

This is a different kind of . These pics showed my regression the past couple months.



Left: May 2019; Middle: June 2019; Right: July 2019. Yep I’ve definitely gotten a little fluffier this summer. But I’ve also made awesome memories and lived the heck outta life 🥂🌮🍹🍔🍺🍝🍷🧁🎉💕



I could use this regression as an excuse to “quit” my healthier lifestyle...in fact that’s likely what the old me would have done. Heck I HAVE done that. But not now.



Now I know this journey isn’t a straight line...but instead a never ending journey full of hills and valleys and twists and turns. So instead I will be aware that I have regressed some...and I will now take action. I will reel in my nutrition and dive into round 3 of a workout program that I love.

💥HONESTY TIME💥



Last Monday I posted about how we are responsible for our own motivation. Well today I’m going to give you a personal example.



Today the alarm went off and I was like nooooo. I didn’t want to get out of bed and I sure as hell didn’t want to get up and workout. The plan was to start a new program today...but I was already doing calculations to see if I could skip it and do it after work. 👩🏻‍🔬🤔



It would have been so 👏🏻 much 👏🏻 easier 👏🏻 to say screw it and stay in bed. But instead I forced myself out of bed and pushed play (I know I say this a lot but seriously thank God for energize 🙌🏻☀️).



Y’all I fumbled and modified my way through the entire 20 minute workout. But guess what?!



⚡️I showed up



⚡️I finished



⚡️And that’s all that’s required!!



Not every workout will be your best. But if you show up consistently (even/especially on the days you really don’t want to) you WILL see results! Mentally and physically!

So if you watch my stories you have already seen this...but I thought it would be fun to do it all together as one post as well! 😜



Before I started my journey with Beachbody I had tried all kinds of diets from counting calories, to low carb, to the soup diet and more!



I never really saw much success with any of them...and if I did the results didn’t last long! Problem being those diets weren’t sustainable!



That’s what I love about my current nutrition program!! It’s not a diet and it is sustainable! This is something I can do forever! I can eat whatever I want! I just CHOOSE with intention what food I want to eat.



I do my best to choose healthy foods that make me feel good and fuel my body most of the time! And the other times I choose to treat myself! I don’t feel deprived and on this plan I get to eat so much hunger isn’t an issue either!! Just look at that pic! That’s one days worth of food!
