While Positive reinforcement words can be used to build, motivate and strengthen us!

This recipe took me 13 minutes to put together including cooking time for the pre-marinated Cajun chicken I got!

This soup recipe is similar to a famous Turkish soup. The difference is that this recipe is lower in fats and carbohydrates content than it’s original recipe. This soup is both high in fiber and proteins and low in fat! Only one serving is an excellent source of your daily needs of iron!
I used my orange lentils and bulgur which give you the perfect consistency!
