I want to thank everyone who has kept me in their prayers and thoughts, who has messaged me, and who has come to visit. Your love and support truly mean so much to me. 💛 My blood pressure seems to be normalizing now, and although my calcium levels are still low, they’re improving and getting closer to where they need to be. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you.

After my thyroid surgery, my body went through something called hungry bone syndrome. Basically, my bones were so used to high hormone levels that once they were corrected, my bones started absorbing calcium very quickly. That makes my blood calcium drop, which can cause symptoms like weakness, tingling, muscle cramps, and low blood pressure, or even have a heart attack. So I have to be careful and keep my levels stable and stay longer in the hospital.

Today is a big day for Hunter. ❤️

At 12 noon he will be going into surgery for his heart transplant. This moment has been a long time coming, filled with hope, fear, strength, and so many prayers already said along the way.

Hunter’s journey began with Kawasaki disease, a condition many people have never heard of, yet it can cause serious and lasting damage to a child’s heart if not caught and treated early. Awareness matters. Knowing the signs can save hearts, and in some cases, save lives. Hunter’s story is a powerful reminder of why spreading the word about Kawasaki disease is so important.

Today we are asking anyone who feels led to please pause around noon and lift Hunter up in your thoughts and prayers. Pray for steady hands for the surgeons, peace for Hunter, strength for his body, and comfort for everyone who loves him.

This is the day we have been waiting for. Today we believe in miracles, in healing, and in the power of people coming together in love.

Thank you for standing with Hunter today. It truly means more than words can say. ❤️

I recently had thyroid surgery (a hemithyroidectomy), and I’ve been experiencing some complications. My calcium levels have been low, and my blood pressure has been dropping more than it should.
I’m asking my dear loved ones and friends to please keep me in your prayers. I’m staying hopeful and believing that everything will stabilize and return to normal soon.
