Life Begins Here TCS is a group practice located in the Truist Park (Go BRAVES-World Champions) area. We provide therapy and counseling services as well as educational tools to individuals, couples and groups to address the mental, behavioral and emotional needs of marginalized communities. Additionally we offer consulting and supervision services to new therapists and professionals in the field to ensure adequate clinical training. Our team is made up of members of the BIPOC community with intersecting identities as representation of our clients which is a key factor in uniquely meeting the needs of the clients we serve. We are in network with Ambetter, Aetna, BCBS/Anthem and Humana. If you have out of network benefits we may provide you with a super bill to submit form possible reimbursement from your insurance provider. We also offer reduced rate individual sessions for those who are underinsured and/ or uninsured. Group therapy also provides great therapeutic benefits, provides a sense of community and is a great option especially if one on one therapy is not available due to waitlists or difficulty finding the right fit therapist.

Happy Good Friday! ✨🙏🏾
What is Good Friday? Good Friday is symbolic of the day our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was crucified (killed) for the remission of our (humanity) sins and 3 days later He rose again (Resurrected) and took His rightful place with our Father God in heaven at the right side of His throne.
On this Good Friday I wanted to share a few things I learned from recently completing my intention of deepening my relationship with God and one of the many but most important ways I did that was through reading the entire Bible from cover to cover.
God led me to share a few insights here in hopes it may improve your spiritual wellness, bless and drive someone closer to God through Jesus Christ and eventually gain true peace and freedom.
As apart of the Life Begins Here Holistic Wellness model Spiritual Wellness is apart of our focus. We are in the process of and will offer a deeper dive through our community into how our spirituality impacts our overall well-being and explore ways to get into alignment with this essential part of our humanity and wellness.

As we continue to foster relationships within and build community I had the honor of being apart of a panel of amazing women and believers at the Women of Grace annual conference and this year’s theme was ✨Relentless Faith✨ We talked about everything from the importance of self care, holistic wellness, having unshakable faith, entrepreneurship, family, how Jesus impacts our personal and professional lives and amazing testimonies of the goodness of God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ were shared.
The love, the testimonies, the wisdom of the elders, the connections and the presence of the Holy Spirit left me FULL and on fire for Jesus and ready to continue to serve. I’m so thankful to my good friend Belinda for inviting me to be apart of this amazing event and share space with some even more amazing individuals. Let the work continue 🙏🏾💜✨

Hey IG family! 🥰 I celebrated another year of life on Feb 6th y’all 🙏🏾💜✨🥳 ! I’m beyond grateful to God to enter into this new season! Last year was full of lessons that changed and challenged me to my core…however it led to some transformations 🦋 internally that has brought so much clarity in so many ways. I’m trusting the Most High to continue to order my steps and I look forward to continuing to evolve holistically inside and out and fulfilling the purpose that God created me for! The last chapter was one of the most transformative years of my life…so I can only imagine what the journey in this new chapter will be! I know more of me will be required…but I’m ready, Lets GO! 🙌🏾🦋🥹🙏🏾💜✨🥰

Happy 2024 my good people!!! 2023 was life changing in so many ways for all of us. I learned so much and there were so many transformative internal challenges and changes but I am grateful for ALL the lessons. Life Begins Here TCS will be celebrating 8 years of existence in 2024 🥳 and the time has come to do things in a ✨NEW✨ way!

Hey hey y’all ! 👋🏾 How y’all feeling? Can y’all believe we are in the last 72 hours of 2023?! 😱
This year truly flew by which always puts into perspective for me how valuable time is, especially as a parent 🥹!
At the end of each year I find value in reflecting on the year and all the big and small ah ha moments that were transformative for me. 🦋 I want to invite you to join me to also reflect on your year and journal about those transformative moments that you experienced. I am proud to be apart of and a graduate of the inaugural cohort for the Atlanta Beltline Business Ventures program! This program was truly life changing for me as a small business owner! The resources, the consultants/ experts, the tools provided are truly the winning formula! I’m excited to apply the invaluable knowledge gained to expand my business and eventually have a brick and mortar location on the Beltline…being directly in and apart of the very communities that raised me!
