Run-of-play athleticism requires the ability to find stability and produce functional strength through complex, multi-planar movement. Train the way you move and play with accommodating, isokinetic resistance to optimize performance whatever your game.

If you want to move better and stronger on the court, you’ve gotta challenge your body by building strength through the positions you actually access in the game. Here we’re getting stronger and more efficient in her change of direction patterns. She’s already elite here, but the goal is to sharpen every detail and keep leveling up as she climbs toward being one of the best point guards in the country📈
