This week, BM AustinTX-Airport celebrates Cecilia on her 7th year of service with Grifols 🎉🎉
Cecilia, aka Ceci, will make her official 7yrs. with us on 02/19/26.
Ceci began under BPL Plasma Group, serving as a Phlebotomist I. She learned the system quickly, and was promoted to Donor Floor Supervisor. Thereafter, shortly after the BPL to Grifols conversion, she excelled & was promoted to Operations Supervisor in December 2021 and has been nothing short of AMAZING!
Ceci holds a strong, good rapport with her donors, and upper Leadership and is what we like to call, "the vein whisperer" as she is able to conquer even the most difficult sticks to maintain yield and liters!
She is HEAVILY involved in training of new hires and cross-training employees to ensure things are being done right, the first time. (She will literally read SOPs until you pull her away 😅)
All that to say, CONGRATS Ceci on your anniversary & thank you for ALL that you do for the AustinTX-Airport donor center 🎈🎈
