Birth isn’t something you have to tough out — it’s something you can work with. Here are simple tools that make a big difference:
1️⃣ Breathwork — Slow, deep breathing helps your body soften and your mind stay centered.
2️⃣ Movement & Position Changes — Swaying, rocking, squatting, or getting on hands + knees can help comfort and progress.
3️⃣ Warm Water — A shower or tub can melt tension and ease intensity.
4️⃣ Counterpressure — Perfect for back labor and grounding sensations.
