Being in touch with your heart = being in touch with your intelligence

Milarepa puts his head in the mouth of the demon, I put my hand on my heart. Feeling vulnerability and breathing with it. Who you are is bigger than your feelings of being deficient . Etc . Offer kindness. Presence = courage.

Don’t push anyone out of your heart including yourself.

Resisting the demons feeds them.

What’s the experience of an undefended heart, right now? What does it mean to be courageous in this moment?

Everything is beautiful and I am so sad.
This is how the heart makes a duet of
wonder and grief. The light spraying
through the lace of the fern is as delicate
as the fibers of memory forming their web
around the knot in my throat. The breeze
makes the birds move from branch to branch
as this ache makes me look for those I’ve lost
in the next room, in the next song, in the laugh
of the next stranger. In the very center, under
it all, what we have that no one can take
away and all that we’ve lost face each other.
It is there that I’m adrift, feeling punctured
by a holiness that exists inside everything.
I am so sad and everything is beautiful

Did you know that medical doctors are only required to take 25 hrs of nutrition courses (if any) throughout their entire medical career? Doctor Klaper is a vegan doctor and gifted clinician who has been changing lives and influencing medical practices by educating doctors on how we should initiate care starting with the root causes of illness which is the food that we consume every day.
The answer is not in another pill or quick fix and the sooner we wake up to this the sooner we will heal ourselves and our planet. Give this podcast a listen 🙏🌱
