Texas, you will always have a piece of my heart 🤍

Moving from Texas to Kansas has been a big transition. I’ll deeply miss the community, the energy, and especially all the pop-ups and connections made along the way. Being able to show up, move, and build something special with so many amazing people is something I’ll always be grateful for.

While Kansas is home now, Texas isn’t goodbye just see you later. I’ll still be back from time to time, and I can’t wait to reconnect when I do.

I’m finally settling in here (slowly but surely)… still working on adjusting to the Kansas weather though 😂

Thank you, Texas, for the love, the support, and the memories. We shall stay connected ✨

I had such an amazing time working with Harmony Collective ATX to teach Pilates! The energy, connection, and positive vibes made it such a fulfilling experience!

I also absolutely loved diving into breathwork leb by Dr. Harvey! Grounding, refreshing, and a beautiful reminder of how powerful mindful breathing can be 🧘🏽‍♀️💨

So grateful for the opportunity to move, breathe, and grow within the community ✨
