Fixed Firm Pose:
✨ Strengthens and improves flexibility of the lower spine, knees and ankle joints.
✨ Lubricates and increases circulation to joints.
✨ Helps conditions of sciatica, gout, varicose veins and rheumatism in the legs.
Fixed Firm Pose is a tricky posture, it could be very easy for some people (we see this kind of students just hanging in the pose, looking almost bored without knowing what to do) but on the other side it could be very painful and almost impossible to perform for others.
