Five years ago this started in our kitchen.

Today it is in every Erewhon in California.

Erewhon does not let just anything into their fridge case. Getting that call meant everything. But this is a trial, and we have a window to prove we belong. We believe we do. Traceable sourcing. More of the good stuff. Zero extracts. Cold-pressed from whole roots, kept cold because it is actually food. And every single time someone tries one for the first time, they taste the difference.
