The world is a lot right now. There are so many ways we’re asked to keep going as our hearts are being pulled in different directions.
Practices like yoga nidra and sound healing remind me that rest isn’t something we have to earn, it’s foundational to being human. It's life giving, and vital to being able to be responsive and helpful in a turbulent world. And you don't have to do it alone!

Monthly Community Yoga Nidra — Tomorrow 3/8
Once a month we gather for a community yoga nidra practice. It’s a space to lie down, soften, and let your nervous system unwind. Just bring yourself and a willingness to rest.
These gatherings are always incredibly sweet and nourishing. There’s something really special about sharing this quiet practice together, and tea and snacks afterwards.

Restore + Sound — Wednesdays 7–8pm
I’m also loving teaching a public weekly class again!
This class blends restorative yoga with sound healing to help you slow down midweek. We’ll settle into supported restorative postures while being immersed in the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments.
It’s deeply restful and a beautiful way to reset your nervous system.
Rest is powerful medicine, and it’s even better when we don’t do it alone.
