Cultures around the world that use hypnotic states 🌎

Hypnosis is not new, and it’s not something to be feared.

For ages, human have sought out trance states for healing, to connect with their gods and guides, and to become their Highest Selves 👼

We’re all going in and out of hypnosis daily, especially with things like social media, daily commutes and Netflix binges.

Using hypnosis intentionally gives you autonomy over what’s being programmed into your subconscious mind, or to “deprogram” what’s in there that you no longer want 💅

It gives YOU the control & power, not the other way around 🙏🏼💕🪄
