When we talk about identity we are not talking about just ONE concept. Your identity is SO MUCH MORE and every single piece of it is what makes you, you. ✨💖

So, when we say we do “identity work”, what does that mean?
Easy: it’s a little bit of everything! We can focus on what makes you who you are … and we answer questions like what makes you the happiest? When do you feel more like yourself? How does your community and the people on your life influence in WHO you are?

And you start a journey of self awareness and self love where the final line is just being as connected with YOU as you can 🤍

Never forget that we are all our own individuals and different worlds! We are all unique in our own way!🤍

So, what is a healing circle?
Healing circles are a practice rooted in indigenous culture. They celebrate our interdependence- a space to learn on each other and be committed to your own healing as well as others. In this space we encourage to tell our stories and listen deeply to the stories of others. This practice of courageous dialogue helps lead to transformed community.
We love that, right? 🌈

So join us for an one-hour inclusive healing circle coinciding with the upcoming full moon known as the FLOWER MOON. This is a time where nature blooms, and we too can embrace this symbolism of blooming and growth in our personal journey towards healing and inner peace! 🌸🌻🌷

Hola amigues! We want to share a little bit about what Intergenerational trauma is and how to identify it and heal it ✨💖 Maybe you’ve heard about it or maybe this is the first time you hear that term, but here are some signs you might be experiencing it!

✨Intergenerational trauma is the passing down of trauma from one generation to the next, through genetics, experiences, and learned behaviors. It’s a cycle of pain that continues if left Unhealed. But we also inherit wisdom and resilience from our ancestors, and by using those to help break these cycles, we have the power to transform our lives and the lives of those who come after us. ❤️
