We offer Pranayama breath work and Asana practices. As a group we develop self-awareness, a sense of belonging, and connection to others in our community.

We promote self healing techniques through the practice of yoga and breath work. Our goal is to bring yoga and healing where it is not normally offered to show a new outlet that creates change starting from within. Flower Of Life Yoga

Through Austin Parks Foundation we will be hosting A Pet Parade at Davis White Northeast Park!

Bring your pet in their best costume! Taking the time to enjoy our local park and get to know your neighbors.

Flower of Life Yoga and Austin Parks Foundation invite you to a morning of mindfulness and community service at Davis-White Northeast District Park.

Sunday, April 13th, starting at 9am

FOR THIS FREE EVENT

We will start the day off with collective breathing and movement at our pecan Mother Tree.

Then, we will put mulch around the trees at Davis-White Northeast District Park to give back to the space.

We will start the day off with Volunteers picking up litter around the park @ 10am to 11am

Face Mask Painting @ 11am to 12pm

Volunteers will set up for the Pumpkin Hunt between 12 to 12:30pm

The Big Pumpkin Hunt will start promptly at 12:30pm to 1pm

As Adopter of the Park, please bring the family out and dm me if you have any questions, future suggestions or for more involvement.

Community and Donation Based Yoga for all body types and ages.

We meet on the track side of the park closer to Milrace Drive underneath the biggest pecan tree. (The Mother Tree)🌳

The Cleanup of the Historic Bethany Cemetery

For over 150 years, Bethany has served as the final resting place for Austin's African American community. The goal is to protect, preserve and to enhance the beauty and historical integrity of Bethany Cemetery and to make this historic site a place of interest for the public.
