Formerly PANDAS Awareness TX, we are now:

đź’š PANS Awareness TX đź’š

Because PANDAS reflects only one of many potential infectious triggers, we believe that this small change most accurately represents the full spectrum of families that we serve.

Our name has changed, but our mission remains the same.

We are honored to begin sharing a new video series featuring testimonies from individuals who attended PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day at the Texas Capitol this past October.
Our first video highlights an exceptional young man who courageously shares his personal journey as a PANS patient. His story reflects the very reason we gathered—to bring visibility to PANS/PANDAS, to humanize the diagnosis, and to remind lawmakers and the public that real lives are impacted every day.

Trent Odom gives his personal story about suffering with PANS/PANDAS at the Texas State Capitol on PANS/PANDAS awareness day.

đź’š PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day at the Texas Capitol 2025 đź’š

What an incredible and inspiring day we shared at the Texas State Capitol last week!

Families, healthcare providers, advocates, and legislators came together with one united purpose — to raise awareness and shine a light on the individuals and families impacted by PANS and PANDAS.

We are deeply grateful to every person who shared their story… to everyone who traveled miles with courage in their heart… to every clinician, advocate, and lawmaker who showed up to listen, to learn, and to stand with us — thank you. 💚 Your presence and support remind us that change begins when people come together with open hearts and determined voices.

Each conversation, each story shared, and each connection made helps move us one step closer to a future where children and young adults with PANS/PANDAS are understood, supported, and given the care they deserve.

Thank you for standing with us! đź’š
