And it doesn’t care how much progress you’ve made. You can be strong, lean, tan and still feel “not enough.” But your worth isn’t tied to abs, curves or size.

Be kind to yourself.
And don’t wait to love yourself until you hit a goal because the you today needs to be loved just as much as the future you, if not more!

Your journey is valid right now.

Tried so many different things that SHOULD work, but my cortisol was trying to break through the firmament 😂

Today 178 lbs
Goal weight 160 lbs
I used to be 130 lbs and looked sickly. Today's recommended weight for women is a joke. Don't let the scale rule you, ladies. I used to think 150 lbs was too high for me, but I want to look strong AND have curves. I cannot do that at 130 lbs - I was trying to lose even more weight when I was that size too! 🤦🏽‍♀️
I have a lot of water weight and some fat to cut, but I finally see it as a possibility. Abs are NOT always made in the kitchen. Your personal life plays a bigger role in your health than you think.

I genuinely thought my legs were not growing and so I did this side by side and let this be your reminder to TAKE THE PICTURES. No matter what body dysmorphia tells you. 🥴

Clearly my legs are bigger in the left picture all around. Picture on the right is from exactly 2 months ago. 🏋🏽‍♀️

Stay consistent, constant motivation is unreal, discipline is the key. 🗝️

Do the things you hate so you can enjoy the things you love.

I hate posting these before pictures, but I love seeing the after pics/results. I love serving and helping others and if this post can help inspire one person, I'm happy. 😁 Before and after pics of other people always inspire me to push myself and do better.

These pics are literally 10-14 days apart! 😱

I've made a few tweaks to my routine and clearly it's making a difference. Yes, it does involve a couple of new supplements, but it involves other actions as well. DM me if you'd like to know what changes I've implemented!

Life tip: Discipline is easier when you don't have distractions. It's okay to keep to yourself for periods of time to hone in and focus on self care and personal growth.

Love others as you love yourself is the second greatest commandment. This commandment means that you have to love yourself FIRST so you can love others just as much while also keeping your cup full. You can try to pour from an empty cup, but it will only leave you even more empty than before. 🫠

Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope
