About 5 years ago I had a client who lost 10lbs in a week.

She was inflamed and had an imbalance of good and bad gut bacteria. (the replay covers the top symptoms of this so you know if you have a healthy gut or not)

When we’re inflamed - we hold onto water.

She was crying in her first check in. She couldn’t believe how much energy she had, how much she felt like she was missing out on. She was so excited to actually FEEL at home in her body again.

She was no longer reacting to the food she was eating.
She was no longer living in fight or flight.
The body was starting to heal.

PS. Losing 10lbs of water is different than losing 10lbs of fat. This can be uncomfortable and cause a lot of electrolyte imbalances which may be dangerous for the kidney or heart when done improperly. This research is WILD…. 👀⬇️

The cool mattress increased total sleep time by 21 minutes and deep sleep by 5% in healthy adults reporting hot sleep or night sweats. (Duvia Lara Ledesma et al., 2025)

Cooling mattress pad use reduced hot flash frequency in pre+postmenopausal woman by 52% and improved sleep quality. (N. Avis et al., 2022)

Eightsleep funded their own research to show a cooling mattress pad can increase Heart Rate Variabilty, (improve recovering) with +7% mean change. (Moyen et al., 2024)

So….obviously I had to try it out 😂
