How to Lower Cholesterol (& Why Yours May Be High)

1. Keep saturated fat intake low (aim for 10% total calorie intake from saturated fats) - focus on high omega-3s like avocado, olive oil, walnuts, and fatty fish like salmon/sardines.

Don’t make this mistake when buying honey ⬇️🍯✨

When you diet hard, your body can SUBCONSCIOUSLY decrease daily calorie burn by:
* Moving less throughout the day
* Fidgeting less
* Taking fewer steps
* Sitting more

This is called NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), and research shows it accounts for 85-90% of metabolic adaptation.

Most women respond to a stalled scale by eating LESS. Big mistake.

Now you’re maintaining on 1,200 calories because your body adapted DOWN to match your intake.
