Do you need to prioritize your kids nutrition? School is starting up again and let’s just admit it… it’s HECTIC!
Simple breakfast brain food for kiddos:
•Bread/English muffin with nut butter and sliced fruit
•Bagel with avocado and hard boiled eggs
•Yogurt, fruit and granola
•Protein pancakes with peanut butter and jam
•Smoothie
The options are endless, if your kids love cereal like mine integrate on occasion and make sure you buy organic! Our kids are in school for 7 hours they don’t need the S.A.D (standard American diet) they need BRAIN POWER FOOD!
