Ayurveda holds these answers and more. In this 50-hour immersion, we will lay the foundations of this sister science of Yoga so you have the tools to be the most balanced version of yourself. You will also learn how to practice and teach yoga in a way that supports an energetic balance for your energetic constitution and your student’s constitution. Each session includes practice and discussion. This program is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into how Ayurveda can heal and balance you and for teachers who want to incorporate Ayurveda into their teaching skills.
