🍯 Honey or marshmallow fluff (for the rim)
🍬 Crushed candy cane
🧊 Ice
🌿 2 tbsp peppermint syrup
🥛 Milk of choice (enough to fill glass ¾ full)
🍵 1 tsp matcha powder
💧 2–3 tbsp warm water
Peppermint Cream Topper:
🥛 ½ cup heavy cream (or double cream)
✨ 1 scoop Nutrafol Collagen Infusion
🌿 2 tbsp peppermint syrup
How to make it:
1️⃣ Rim your glass with honey or marshmallow fluff, then roll in crushed candy cane. Fill with ice 🧊
2️⃣ Add 2 tbsp peppermint syrup, then pour in milk until the glass is ¾ full 🥛
3️⃣ Whisk 1 tsp matcha with 2–3 tbsp warm water until smooth, then pour over the milk 🍵
4️⃣ Whisk ½ cup cream, 1 scoop Nutrafol Collagen Infusion, and 2 tbsp peppermint syrup until thick and creamy (soft peaks) ☁️
5️⃣ Spoon or pour the cream on top, sprinkle with crushed candy cane, add a candy cane garnish, and enjoy 🎄✨
