We are accepting leadership applications for WRI, on the nonprofit side! WRI is a 501c3 organization that strives to provide menstrual aid that empowers women, sustains the environment, and uplifts under-resourced communities. One of our main goals as an organization is to develop a fully biodegradable disposable pad from affordable and sustainable resources. We are currently on the 7th prototype of our biodegradable pad and we hope to begin preliminary clinical trials soon. While our product is in research and development phase, we are fighting period poverty on both a local and international scale through pad drives, fundraising efforts, educational materials, and collaborations with other groups in the space, both local and global. We also host a podcast called Code Red where we hope to de-stigmatize conversations about periods by having open conversations on the topic!!

If you are interested in joining us and adding to our efforts, follow the application link in our bio to submit your application!
