September is NICU Awareness Month — a time to pause and honor the tiniest warriors, the families who fiercely love and advocate for them, and the dedicated medical teams who provide expert, compassionate care every step of the way.
At Nest, we have walked alongside many families through the NICU journey and beyond. Laura has spent much of her career providing neurodevelopmental and feeding therapy in a Level 4 NICU and continues to support babies and families both in the hospital and after discharge. Maggie brings invaluable experience helping families navigate the often-overwhelming transition from hospital to home — a time filled with both hope and uncertainty.
Like having a child in the NICU, feeding challenges are rarely something parents anticipate. The process is often complex, emotional, and layered with unexpected decisions and emotions.
At Nest, we meet families where they are — with empathy, expertise, and a deep understanding of what life looks like both in and after the NICU. We’re here to support you as you work toward feeding and developmental goals that truly matter to your family.
