Iām not detoxing. Iām not crash dieting. Iām not doing anything extreme.
Iām rebuilding rhythm.
For the next 4 weeks Iām focusing on:
ā In bed by 10pm
ā 20 minutes of morning sunlight
ā Strength training 3x/week
ā Daily steps
ā Mineral hydration
ā Lower sugar
ā No alcohol
ā Real food
No extremes. Just consistency.
Iāll be sharing my journey ā measurements, inflammation changes, mood shifts, cycle changes ā all of it.
