I’m not detoxing. I’m not crash dieting. I’m not doing anything extreme.

I’m rebuilding rhythm.

For the next 4 weeks I’m focusing on:
– In bed by 10pm
– 20 minutes of morning sunlight
– Strength training 3x/week
– Daily steps
– Mineral hydration
– Lower sugar
– No alcohol
– Real food

No extremes. Just consistency.

I’ll be sharing my journey — measurements, inflammation changes, mood shifts, cycle changes — all of it.

If your body feels inflamed, stuck, or dysregulated… maybe you don’t need more intensity. Maybe you need more rhythm.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do for your health is absolutely nothing.

Not another workout.
Not another protocol.
Not another ā€œfix.ā€

Just… be still.

This season isn’t asking you to hustle harder.
It’s asking you to regulate.
To restore.
To come back home to your body.

If you’ve been feeling:
• More tired than usual
• Unmotivated
• Emotional
• Inflamed
• Overstimulated

That’s not weakness. That’s a nervous system waving a little white flag.

As women, especially the high-capacity, ā€œI can do it allā€ kind (hi šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø), we forget that rest is not a reward. It’s a requirement.

Muscle is built in recovery.
Hormones balance in safety.
Fat loss happens when cortisol isn’t running the show.
Healing happens when your body feels safe enough to do it.

Slowing down doesn’t mean you’re quitting.
It means you’re intelligent.

So if this season feels softer…
If your body is asking for slower mornings, deeper breaths, earlier bedtimes…

Listen.

You are not behind.
You are recalibrating.

And recalibration is powerful.
