TPA Past President Jobby John of Nimbus Healthcare spoke to Austin's KVUE News this week to discuss the FDA's recent decision to approve the removal of black box warnings from several menopause hormone replacement therapies.

"I think this is one of the most monumental changes that's ever happened in menopause therapy or hormone replacement therapy for women," John said. Raquel Leal, director of TPA's Professional Recovery Network (PRN), is at the Texas Substance Use Symposium (TxSUS) in San Antonio. This annual conference is dedicated to reducing the impact of substance use in Texas. Hundreds of professionals from health care, behavioral health, recovery, and public safety sectors are gathered to tackle local challenges and find solutions.
