I’ve been away for a little while focusing on my health, and I am beyond grateful to be back in the apothecary formulating, mixing, and infusing herbal remedies that make life a little calmer, cozier and more grounded. Your patience and encouragement during this time have meant the world to me.

What you see isn’t just shelves or clutter.
It’s 11 years of energy, intention, study, practice, faith poured into bottles and jars.
This apothecary is the culmination of my cross disciplined education, my hands and my purpose.
It holds the daily medicine and simple nourishment for my family, friends and sacred clients.
Before the Apothecary I earned a degree in Bio-Medical Science at Texas A&M and spent 12 years in human drug research.
Somewhere along the way I went from couch potato to triathlete, was a caregiver for my Dad during his Cancer journey and helped many women manifest babies as a herbal health coach.
I continue my day job supporting human medical device research. By night I continue a cross disciplined study of food as medicine, herbalism, medical astrology and many things of the sacred & science of things woowoo.
My apothecary grew slowly, over time, over the seasons. One remedy, one lesson, one ally at a time.
It is the heart of our home and emanates healing energy. My rejuvenation space. It is alive with intention and memory. Of not just this but many past lives.
It is more than an apothecary.
It is the life I’ve prayed for, manifested, built one infusion, one decoction, and one formula at a time.

Discussion will cover how each recipe is therapeutically supportive and why certain herbs were chosen.

Been getting a lot of questions about herbal tinctures and here is a video I did about the basics.

They are simple remedies that are extracted with alcohol, ACV or vegetable glycerin. Great as a little on the go support when you can’t make a cup of tea 🫖
