I never ask my clients to do something I wouldnt do myself. ⚡️⚡️

Mental health isn't just about what's happening in our heads—it’s about how we fuel and treat our bodies, too. 💪🧠

​I talk about this with my clients often but this year I really leaned into the discipline myself. Looking at these two photos (Last Christmas vs. Now),

I’m reminded that the hard work is always worth it. ​ No AI, just a commitment to myself & what I try to share with those I work with. As well as a goal to be the healthiest version of me possible.
