Habits are things that stack up whether they are good or bad. Placing a daily brick in order to build a solid foundation to stand on.
I mention 3 different habits: one I do automatically, one I’m implementing, and one I need to do more.

These habits are:
•Morning Health/Immunity Booster
•Read 5 Pages Before Bed
•Meditation (Daily Mindfulness) @ Austin, Texas

Happy Sunday!

Reading is a great way to expand your knowledge. I’ve had plenty of experience in the gym, but when I started as a trainer I lacked the necessary people skills. The two books on the top helped me TREMENDOUSLY in organizing myself and how I communicate with my clients and peers!

Books
Top Row:
• How to Win Friends and Influence People (helped improve my social skills and relating to anyone I come across)
•7 Habits or Highly Successful People (building habits for the long term and keeping the end in mind)

Bottom Row:
• The Celestine Prophecy (Novel that’s packed with life lessons & hidden gems)

If you’ve experienced fear with talking to strangers or relating to those around you, then these recommended books could help you too! @ Austin, Texas

Studying is what I do on a daily basis, especially while enrolled in 15 hours at UT this fall.

Today, I will highlight two tips that have helped me tremendously with the transition to online learning.

1. Keep your screen level with your eyes, which will prevent you from sitting like a shrimp 🍤. (Shoutout to for that simile) If you’re able to afford an adjustable laptop stand, then I highly encourage it! If not, try stacking old textbooks or a backpack to place your screen higher up.
2. Find multiple places in your apartment or house to study. This will give your brain a new environment when learning different subjects! I typically spent about an hour in a given room before taking a break and switching to another. @ Austin, Texas
