Sound 🎼Healing ❤️🩹Connection 💞
Our lives are simultaneously simple and complicated, and often times the juxtaposition can create turbulence. We are exposed to overwhelming amounts of information and decisions on a daily basis, and sometimes we don’t have the energy to prioritize having a reset. Life is full of change, and hard. Everyone is doing their best, and the connections we make with each other rooted in support, love, and acceptance are what help us heal ourselves, and in doing so, each other.
Our lives our transient by nature, and sometimes we don’t immediately have those connections immediately available to us. That’s when we have to muster our own intrinsic support, a feat much easier said than done.Sound, resonance, and frequency can help us get there. Allowing it shut out all of the overstimulation and saturated information, to help us return home to our core, our true home, the interconnectedness of everyone who ever was, is, and will be.
