This time last year!! I never posted my maternity photos because I took them 5 days before my due date, and baby girl came a week and a half later. Then I completely forgot about them because who cares about pregnancy, I had a baby!! 😂 Time is truly flying and I can’t believe we will have a one year old soon 🥹

Meal prep during a snow day! No trending audio or a voiceover because I don’t have time to do one. And to be honest, voiceovers aren’t my favorite, and this year is about doing things I love, haha!⁠

Made some shredded chicken for my cranberry pecan chicken salad, chocolate chip oatmeal bars, and some protein chia pudding. Easy lunch for the week, plus two snacks!⁠

Creamy chocolate overnight oats! I’m a huge fan of overnight oats for breakfast (or lunch tbh), and these high-protein overnight oats are perfect to satisfy a chocolate craving. Made with rolled oats, chia seeds, greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of maple syrup. They’re thick and creamy and pack 40 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber!⁠
