I love this post that speaks specifically to fragmentation- Many of the classes I’ve taken have focused specifically on parts work and in RTT my clients always get to find out what that part of them has been trying to do- protect, prioritize or punish. This work with that part of us is beautiful in many ways because we are allowed to thank and acknowledge what that part has done For Us but when it’s not working anymore they can decide what comes next

Sitting with the notes from a beautiful session I had the honor of guiding. I am filled with gratitude reading the words she spoke to her younger self, words of love and encouragement. Words she felt were too much… words she had to dig deep to find. Words that will replace the inner dialogue telling her she is not safe to connect to others.
For so many of us the fear of being seen and heard in our authenticity feels unsafe… maybe we were punished as children for existing too loudly or rejected as adults for existing as too much. These memories echo in our nervous systems creating patterns of distrust in deeper connection even though it’s what we are built for and long for.

It takes courage to face our fears and realign our inner world but damn is it amazing and rewarding when we do 💖

I love taking the time to connect into what my clients have uncovered in our sessions and write out their personalized hypnosis. Today I’ll go to a creek and record it with the waters beside me, embedding their healing frequencies along with those powerful and beautiful words she spoke to herself.

I am absolutely stunned and excited with how beautifully Birth With Hope captured exactly what I was hoping for in her photos 🥰 This was such a fun day exploring Hot Springs and finding the perfect locations. Seriously made a girls dreams come true ✨ Thank you Hope 🙏

I started my Birth With Hope journey with photography and I really love when I get the opportunity to move in all kinds of creative directions. Yesterday I did a branding photoshoot with .with.sophia
I am looking forward to working along side Sophia when Birthing From Within Birth Art classes kick start! So much love-
