PROFESSIONAL AND EXCEPTIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY & PERSONAL TRAINING/COACHING SERVICES BROUGHT TO YOU!!!

Tons of athletes and people in general tend to have injuries or “discomforts” that are waiting to become injuries and are either avoided or seeking advice from non-professionals. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Specialist and believe I could offer local concierge services and telehealth assessment and treatment.

We all tend to be completely fine with spending money on gear that we think will make us perform better or material objects in general but tend to totally neglect spending time and money to work with a professional to maintain health, prevent injury, or rehabilitate injury. You only have one body so acting sooner than later will have a huge impact throughout your life. Most people also tend to get referred to a physical therapist or chiropractor by a general or ortho MD when they are injured which leads to being tethered through a system that provides suboptimal care.

This will reveal what needs to be worked (muscularly) and referenced (neurologically) to balance your patterns and restore optimal movement. This will be a process of learning and working together.

Position of pelvis affecting whole body posture.

Prior to treatment
L hip couldn’t adduct = outlet can’t abduct
R hip couldn’t abduct = outlet can’t adduct
= managing gravity through R ischial tuberosity (sit bone) and unable to sense L ischial tuberosity

Repositioned pelvis by finding a L sit bone through a L hamstring and R hip flexors/external rotators

You can clearly see the improved overall posture without any cues to change and is now loaded through the L ischial tuberosity as well

Technique given to maintain pelvis position through a L hamstring, L adductor, and R glut max with apical expansion of R lung and ribs

R hip internal rotation was 90 degrees before treatment and improved to about 70 degrees which proves she has pathologically overstretched her posterior hip capsule

She will 100% need to learn hour to shift from left to right while maintaining glut max reference to limit excessive hip internal rotation.

Posture may not be everything but having a more optimal and efficient starting point to perform any task will reduce the required error and likelihood for pain and injury. It will also allow you to better rest without excessive tension.
