I love my elders: clients who guide me, family who support me, community members who inspire me, but I worry sometimes that they are not taking care of this most vital resource...their mind AND body. It's like PT in a group, we focus on all the things you've been assigned for Home Exercise Programs for joint rehab, hip, knee, ankle, shoulder rehab, cardio rehab and balance rehab too. Imagine....someone helping you stay with your exercises and prevent the need to go to the PT again and again. RESERVATIONS are a must as all classes/groups are limited to 6 people max
