Whew, our epic day of travel home really took it out of me and I’m a few days behind on pretty much everything on my list of things to-do (hello back-to-school-prep and unpacking boxes from the move).
But yesterday instead of trying to do any of that, I took the kids out to the park for a long walk and then found a park bench to do a few movements to build strength and get the blood flowing. I posted about it on my stories— most days my mantra is that it isn’t about doing everything it’s about doing something. Moving, even a little bit, has such a big impact on overall wellbeing.
A few stretches, a few movements with intention and reconnection, a few sun salutations. Whatever it is that you can integrate into your day is a move in the right direction!
