✨🐾 A Happy Tail: Lily’s Journey Home 🐾✨

Today, our team had the honor of reuniting a family with their beloved cat — after a year and a half apart!

A sweet kitty came to us under the name “Tag,” who had been bouncing between homes in a neighborhood.
“Tag” was brought in by a wonderful family who wanted to do the right thing — making sure she was spayed and vaccinated.

During her surgery prep, our technician noticed something special — a spay scar and a tattoo, both signs that she was already sterilized. As always, when we see those indicators, we scan for a microchip… and it paid off!

It turns out “Tag” is actually Lily, a cat who had been missing for over a year. Her owners had searched endlessly, even driving back to their old neighborhood for days after moving, hoping she would find her way home.

Her caregivers were over the moon when they learned she already had a family waiting for her, and they were thrilled to know she was going back home 🥹

We’re so grateful to them for their compassion and for helping Lily find her way back to where she belongs 🐾💖

When Lily finally saw her family again, it was very clear she recognized them right away. There was no hesitation — just instant love and relief 💕
