There was a time I hid behind a shield some of my own making, some shaped by others. The moment I let it down and truly saw myself again, it felt so damn good. This is what healing looks like for me.

I write from a place of real life, the setbacks, the healing, and the lessons learned along the way. My journey has taught me that losing count of the days doesn’t mean losing purpose. While I am still on my walk of purpose, I share my story to remind others that growth takes time, healing is possible, and their story is still unfolding.

My Imperfection Through My Eyes is now available on Amazon.

I took a few days to reset and clear my mind, and I wanted to share a positive update. I attended my job's Christmas dinner and had an amazing time, which helped me step outside of my comfort zone and manage some social anxiety.

It was wonderful to get dressed up again and have a quiet moment of meaningful reflection. I feel proud, peaceful, and grateful for the joy this experience brought me. I am looking forward to embracing life more fully, going out more often, and creating experiences that nurture my mind and spirit.
