Our BWS family is growing! We’re currently looking to add a Non-CDL Route Driver to our expanding team 🚚

Important requirement: Must LOVE trash! Okay, maybe not love trash but love providing safe, reliable, and friendly service and being part of a growing, tight-knit team!

Our drivers are the face of BWS and helped built our reputation over the years. We are so lucky to have many drivers on the team for 10+ and 20+ years. As a BWS driver, you’ll:

✅ Work Monday-Friday, home every night
✅ Drive local routes safely operating a straight truck
✅ Help keep a variety of clients and local communities safe by transporting regulated waste for proper disposal
✅ Build real relationships with customers who know you by name

We are so grateful to partner with Behavioral Health System Baltimore for another successful Community Safety Day at ABC Park in Southwest Baltimore this past weekend!

Their community safety initiatives bring free essential health & wellness resources directly to the residents. The day was filled with community connection!

Our team was on hand shredding area residents' personal documents, collecting expired medications, & providing safe needle disposal.
