Lately, every time I pick up my phone, my heart rate spikes. Like, just looking at it. The notifications, the social media scroll, the news — it's A LOT.
Anyone else? Just me? (It's definitely not just me.)
So here's what I'm doing about it: I'm going to the Shenandoah Valley for four days in April to put the phone down, breathe some mountain air, and actually hear myself think. And I'd love for you to come with me.

This is a small group wellness retreat for women - and yes, we will absolutely be exploring why we can't put the phone down (and a lot of other fascinating things about ourselves) through the lenses of Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), the Enneagram, and Mindfulness.
And don't forget all food made for you and all dishes washed and put away! No meal planning, no chores, just come home to you! We will practice gentle movement with Erin as well as her Yoga Nidra and sound healing. Ahhhhhhhh.Did I mention an indoor pool, spa, and hot tub!?!?

Just a few days of actually getting to know yourself - the real you, not the one who doom scrolls at 10pm.
There are only 4 spots left in our shared triple rooms, which are genuinely lovely - spacious, set up with sound machines for real sleep, and we have mandatory quiet time after 10pm each evening so you can actually unwind.
