What does patient satisfaction look like in a healthcare setting?

We first partnered with 60 Decibels in 2023 to better understand the patient journey and outcomes across our Mid-Atlantic care centers. This year, we took a deeper look—combining that original data with new feedback from patients in our Western region as we continue to grow.

By expanding the scope of this study, we gained an even more comprehensive view of what quality, patient-centric injury care looks like across our network. These insights continue to help us build on our strengths and stay focused on what matters most: our patients.

We’ve moved! Our Dover, DE location has officially relocated and is now open and accepting patients at 91 Wolf Creek Blvd., Suite 2, Dover, DE 19901, conveniently located in the Wolf Creek shopping area near Route 13.

This move allows us to continue delivering the same high-quality care and trusted services you know, now in a more comfortable facility and a more convenient location for our patients. We’re excited to welcome you into an improved space designed to enhance your overall experience.

Winter roads deserve extra caution.

Snow and ice significantly increase crash risk—and with it, the risk of injury. Each year, tens of thousands of injury crashes happen during winter weather, often at lower speeds where injuries like whiplash and back strain still occur.

Slow down, leave extra space, buckle up, and take winter driving seriously—being careful now can prevent injuries later.

The holidays are here! This week and next, please note our adjusted hours:

• Tomorrow (12/25) and New Years Day (1/1), all of our locations will be closed.

• Greater Baltimore Market: Today (12/24), all locations are closing at noon; on New Years Eve (12/31), each office will close 2 hours earlier than its regular hours. On Saturday, 12/17, our Glen Burnie and Overlea centers will be open 9 AM - 12PM, and we will have extended scheduling hours that day from 10 AM until 4 PM.

• Greater Pennsylvania Market: Today (12/24) and New Years Eve (12/31), locations will be open during morning hours only. We will still be available to set up new patient appointments until 5 PM on these days.

• St. Louis Market: Today (12/24) and New Years Eve (12/31), locations will be open during morning hours only.

• Western Market: Closed today (12/24); on New Years Eve (12/31), all locations will close at noon.
