We are feeling SNOW thankful for our Brightview team!❄️💙

This weekend’s snow and ice storm brought out the very best of our team. Our amazing associates spent the night and stayed over to make sure the residents we love stayed safe, supported, and cared for - turning a tough weekend into one filled with connection and even fun. Think pajama parties, games, movies, and shared meals.

Huge thanks to our director teams for stepping up with places to sleep, snacks, meals, and entertainment, and special appreciation to our Maintenance teams who braved frigid conditions to keep everything running smoothly.

We loved welcoming the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office to Brightview Port Jefferson for an important conversation on staying safe. 💙

Residents joined a “Stop Scams Against Seniors” presentation focused on recognizing fraud, protecting personal information, and staying informed. The visit also included an overview of Project Lifesaver, a countywide rapid-response program that supports individuals with cognitive impairments like Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
