National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (NEDAW) is recognized the last week of February each year to raise awareness about eating disorders, challenge stigma, and provide hope and support to all those impacted by disordered eating. This year's theme was Every BODY Belongs. In honor of NEDAW, several staff members from our Center for Eating Disorders (CED) spearheaded a rock painting project to spread positivity and creativity among patients. 💚👏

Sheppard Pratt is the largest private, non-profit provider of mental health, substance use, and special education services in the U.S. We are comprised of two psychiatric hospitals, 15 special education residential and day schools, numerous outpatient and telepsychiatry sites, and several wholly-owned subsidiary programs. Our affiliate programs include Family Services, Inc., Mosaic Community Services, Inc., and Way Station, Inc., which provide community housing, rehabilitation, crisis care, addiction services, and outpatient services throughout Maryland.
