1.) 6 oz of Fat Free Milk
2.) 2 Scoops dotFIT First String Vanilla Protein
3.) 1tbs Nutella Hazelnut Spread
4.) 1tbs Natural Peanut Butter
5.) 1 "Good Squeeze" of Honey
6.) 1/2 cup Ice
--MIX shake on low setting for 15 seconds, then BLEND on high setting of the last 20 seconds
