Deeply intuitive & attentive, Intuitive Wellness is a collective of bodyworkers, birth workers & educators committed to safe, dignified & equitable spaces for healing. Camille Intuitive Wellness offers intuitive and deeply attentive massage and bodywork for restoration, recovery and injury prevention. We offer Prenatal, Postnatal, Deep-Myofascial and Hot Stone massage as well as Customized Integrative bodywork for tension release in the neck, shoulder, hip and low back, & headache relief. Our approach is fluid, intuitive, strong and nurturing touch and integrates a broad range of techniques, stretching and joint manipulation into our practice tailoring each session to our clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals.

Training well before we touch. We’ve Invested in more of Us learning to offer safe & effective perinatal bodywork for relief, more comfortable pregnancy & postpartum recovery. Student therapists learn techniques that support the most common muscular problems experienced during pregnancy and postpartum transitions: low back & hip flexor pain & pressure, assisted stretching & hip openers, newborn care & breastfeeding postures & pain, C-section scar tissue & neuropathy, mother’s wrist, sleep support & hormone regulation, hyper-mobile joint. Our team also listens well to offer a thorough & trauma-informed intake & support clients with difficult and dehumanizing birth experiences, maternal losses and reproductive violence. Safe for the birthing person and safe for the therapist. We commit to ongoing learning & support so we can all work responsibly with an awareness of contraindications, health conditions acupressure points and meridians. We are extremely proud of this years Perinatal Bodywork Students. Another round begins May 2026.

Many elements came together this time last year for a healing Postpartum Support Circle with Mamananda. Thank you Maya of Hillen Homestead Farms + Wildflower Stems for literally giving Mothers and Doulas their flowers. Thank you to all the teachers, doulas and folks whose time and energy made this day empowering, safe & sacred.
