Baltimore’s first Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Wellness is looking for a full time in person Office Manager to join our team!
The successful candidate is a self-starter, dynamic, tech savvy, and takes initiative. Additionally they are able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidate has experience in marketing and is comfortable with social media.
This position requires excellent customer relation skills. Our ideal fit is energetic, friendly, enjoys greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing the front desk.
Pay is competitive and consummate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Employ marketing plan under direction of our Operational Consulting Team
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Care take our wellness sanctuary (plants, lovingly refresh)
Monitor supplies for office needs, client needs, and physical space needs
Oversee our boutique, manage inventory, and maintain positive relationships with local vendors
Schedule appointments, send superbills, answer emails and manage calendars
Onboard new team members
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Answer inquiries from potential and current clients and provide information about Inner Path's services
Event planning organizing meetings, trainings, retreats, therapy groups and other events hosted by IPW
Employee engagement includes planning team- building activities or initiative to foster a positive work environment and boost morale
Financial management may include justifying quickbooks, budgeting, and tracking revenue per service rendered under direction of our Operational Consulting Team
Technology management to ensure that office equipment is maintained, troubleshooting tech issues, and managing IT services
