Many families tell us after a session “I wish we could come back tomorrow!”

That feeling is exactly why we created our Infant Immersion Package.
This offering was designed for newborns and pre crawling babies who need extra support with feeding, digestion, calming, or preparing for a tongue tie release. We’ve found that babies make steadier progress when sessions are thoughtfully sequenced, especially in the early weeks.

This is now how we serve babies six months and younger, and how we structure all new infant appointments going forward.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light touch approach that helps release restrictions in the body so babies can feed more comfortably, settle more easily, and rest better. When care is spaced intentionally, families often feel more confident and less overwhelmed.

The immersion includes multiple sessions in a short window, parent CST, a babywearing fit check, and a simple personal care plan to use at home. It’s designed to reduce decision fatigue and give families a clear, supportive plan during an already demanding season.

We’ve shared a full blog post explaining why this sequence matters and who it’s for. You can read it on our website or share it and this post with a family who might need it right now!

This year has been such a meaningful one for our practice! 🌟

It started with Kate joining the team. Bringing her on allowed me to finally open up the waitlist and better serve families who had been patiently waiting. Kate personally worked with 251 clients this year. That simply would not have been possible without her. I am so proud to have her here. She was not a chance hire. I hand selected her after knowing and trusting her for more than ten years, and watching the way she cares for families.

In 2025 we also opened our own office with three treatment rooms. This has allowed us to see more families and support them at the same time, while still giving each visit the care and attention it deserves.

I am deeply grateful for the local professionals here in Baltimore who collaborate with us and trust us with their referrals, and for the families who allow us to be part of their care. Thank you for making this year what it was!

The TummyTime! Method is more than just tummy time. I’m specialty certified in the TummyTime! Method and use it in every Infant CST session to help families take tummy time from a struggle to a skill. It gives parents a clear roadmap for improving comfort, feeding, movement, and early connection.

During an individualized session, I look at your baby’s unique needs and show you how to use the method in a way that fits your daily life. We problem solve together so you leave knowing exactly what to do at home and why it helps.

If your baby is uncomfortable on their tummy, frustrated, or showing feeding or tension patterns, this is a gentle and effective way to support them. Come learn the sequence of the TummyTIme! Method during an Infant CST session.

TTM was developed by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to problem solve ANY tummy time difficulty, provide therapeutic input to optimize neurodevelopment and help babies and families love tummy time

I pick out my T-shirts based on the clients I will see in the office. I wore this shirt today (see on last slide 👚🤩) not realizing the significance it has for myself too today is my youngest 12th birthday! Maggie was my fourth planned Home birth, but became a hospital transfer cesarean birth. I was grateful for the birth team! I set myself up with and who supported me through labor, birth, and postpartum.

I love my “birth happens in many ways” T-shirt from Birth Nerds!! 💛
Thank you for this message, my clients and I appreciated this message today
