You study each infant with care and look closely at patterns that matter. You lift up parent insight and use it to guide your plan. Your work helps us understand how tension and alignment influence feeding and comfort. Families benefit when your guidance and our craniosacral work support the same goals

Today we are sharing our gratefulness and respect for how you meet each parent where they are. You listen first and build plans that follow the infant’s cues. Your insight helps us understand oral tension patterns and guides our craniosacral approach. Families feel more supported when your care and ours move in the same direction.

We value the way you support families with precise and gentle care. Parents know their infant best and your work respects that. Your adjustments help clients settle into movement with more ease. They also give us a clearer starting point in our sessions. We appreciate your skill and the steadiness you bring to shared care.

It’s International Babywearing Week! ❣️

Babies come into the world expecting to be held close, and babywearing helps make that possible. Keeping your little one near not only builds connection and security, it also supports their emotional and physical development.

Research shows that being worn (especially skin-to-skin) can help babies regulate breathing, sleep better, and even ease colic or reflux. And for parents, it boosts confidence and resilience—reminding us that we are enough.

Babywearing to sleep isn’t a “bad habit.” It’s biologically normal for babies to want to nap close to their caregiver.

This week, we’re celebrating the beautiful truth that closeness is where babies thrive.

🎉On the 4th day of International Babywearing Week I’m celebrating the anniversaries of my Foundations and Progressions courses I took with the Center for Babywearing Studies. It’s been 12 years since my first Babywearing Educator’s course.

⭐️I am forever grateful for all I learned in both classes. I still offer babywearing education to my CST families

✨Meet Kate! ✨
This is 6 months celebrating the amazing Kate Hudak! Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover how I and our Nourish & Align community feel about Kate, so swipe and read along to learn all about such a stupendous CST therapist!

❤️She’s been with me as a therapist for 6 months, and I can’t imagine the practice without her.
Therapist. Partner. Creative force.

What are families saying?
“We always learn something when we see you.”
“I’ve never seen my baby so relaxed. I’m so glad I was referred to Kate.”
Your kind words say it all. Kate brings so much care, skill, and heart to every session.

Behind the Scenes 🫣
How did all the furniture get into the new office? Kate.
Who hung the wall art? Kate.
Who designed the website, business cards, and postcards?
You guessed it… Kate.
She does it all. 😍

Kate is Always Learning
This past year, Kate completed 4 CST courses, plus several online electives, all focused on supporting families.
Her dedication to growing her skills means better care for the families we serve.

✨Why Kate Matters✨
